In this case, you can contact our support team for assistance. They will help you verify if your pub is registered and guide you through the listing process. Additionally, you can check our website for any updates or announcements regarding new listings.
To list your pub on our app, you need to provide basic information such as the pub's name, address, contact details, and operating hours. Additionally, we require high-quality images of your pub and a brief description highlighting its unique features. Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date to attract more customers. Once you have gathered all the necessary details, you can submit your application through our website.
After you submit your pub listing, our team will review the information provided. The approval process typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. During this time, we will verify the details and ensure that everything meets our guidelines. If there are any issues or if we need additional information, we will reach out to you via email. Once approved, your pub will be listed on the app, and you will receive a notification.
If you need to update the information for your pub, such as changing the operating hours or adding new images, you can do so by logging into your account on our app. Navigate to the 'My Pubs' section, select the pub you wish to update, and make the necessary changes. After saving the updates, our team will review the changes, and you will be notified once they are approved. Keeping your pub information current is essential for attracting customers.
Yes, you can promote special events or offers for your pub on our app! We encourage pub owners to share exciting promotions to attract more visitors. You can submit your event details through the 'Promotions' section in your account. Make sure to include all relevant information, such as the date, time, and any special offers. Our team will review your submission and ensure it aligns with our guidelines before it goes live on the app.
